Top 6 things I’m excited about today

1.  A new Bible study group that friends from church are starting next week

2. My cousin is coming this weekend to play in this mondo big volleyball tournament (she’s so fun to watch–crazy talented)

3.  It’s March…the month that brings the promise of spring and my birthday

4.  My husband cleaned the apartment just because–I love him.

5.  I got to reconnect with a good friend from high school (actually, we met when I was in 6th grade) via myspace.

6.  I woke up early and alert and the Lord brought this verse to mind:

Psalms 121:1-2

1 I lift up my eyes to the hills– where does my help come from? 2 My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth

I needed that.  It was a good day.
